Stonehouse Court hotel is widely recognised as a leading hotel and venue in the Cotswolds area. The Cedar House Hotel Company are proud to announce they are now the new owners of this popular hotel, and have many exciting plans for the future, building on the existing facilities and excellent customer service Stonehouse Court Hotel already offers. Stonehouse Court Hotel is the first hotel to be purchased under the flag of The Cedar House Hotel Company.

Providing the perfect “Space to meet, eat, rest, relax and enjoy”, Stonehouse Court Hotel is committed to provide quality service at an accessible price.

A roll out refurbishment is planned on all the individually decorated rooms, commencing Summer 2004. Work will take place on no more than three rooms at any one time, to ensure there is no disruption for guests and that the hotel can fulfil all existing bookings. The contemporary classic look of the refurbishment will maintain the “period” atmosphere of the interior of this beautiful grade II listed building, while ensuring that bathrooms and bedrooms are updated to accommodate all the needs of the modern guest.

There are also fabulous plans to build on the success of the award winning John Henry restaurant and to create the best possible dining experience for all visitors. The hotel has a new food enthusiast under the guise of Chef Nick O’Mahoney who is developing specialities for evening dining as well a new Brassiere style lunchtime menu. The terrace, which is set in the spectacular 6 acres of grounds, is the perfect place to soak up some sun and enjoy a light lunch and a cool beer or drink of your choice.

Stonehouse Court Hotel has long been a favourite venue for weddings and business conferences, offering magnificent spacious facilities for up to 150 guests combined with friendly, flexible and efficient service. Further enhancements to the business facilities will include offering broadband Internet access to hotel guests. The conference and banqueting team can tailor a package to meet individual requests including events such as launches, exhibitions, team building days, club meetings and birthday celebrations, and the hotel has the more intimate facilities to suit these needs.
