The Clothiers Arms Bath Road : Stroud : Gloucestershire |
| Since the early summer of
2001, when friends and partners, Sandra, Trevor and Graig took over the Clothiers Arms,
both the menu and wine list have been extended. The Clothiers is now, without doubt, one
of Stroud's most popular hotels and restaurants. With three partners to ensure their
guests are well looked after, you can be sure at least one is always available to care for
all your needs. The hotel, built over 300 years ago, sits just outside the main town on the Bath Road. It has ample car parking and quick and easy access to all main roads in the area. Much of the homeliness of the Clothiers comes from the friendly |

and
warm atmosphere of its restaurant and bar. Guests and locals mingle freely, and even if
stopping for only a day or two, guests will find their welcome just as genuine and
relaxed. There is an excellent choice of real ales among the usual collection of bitters and bottled beers, and a good choice of wines for those lunching or dining. All rooms are en-suite and have coloured television and tea & coffee making facilities. |
