The Bell Hotel was originally a Public House built opposite the famous Stroud Brewery. In 1998 it was extensively renovated and extended to its present size. The sympathy with which the new wing was blended with the old Victorian building won a number of prestigous awards. Well up to date with both accommodation and cuisine, under the caring management of Sarah Close, the Bell now enjoys very much a home-from-home atmosphere. While being one of the most reasonably priced hotels in the area, nothing is below what visitors would expect. There are 11 bedrooms, 10 of which are en suite with one boasting a four-poster bed. All rooms have tea & coffee making facilities & colour television. There is also a Honeymoon Suite, which includes a whirlpool bath. Note below our special welcome for the bride and her groom.
