Visit NATURE IN ART and you can see work by artists as diverse as Shepherd, Picasso, Wolf, Scott, Jan van Kessel, Middleditch, Kuhnert, Moore, Audubon, Sutherland, Liljefors, Lalique and Thorburn. From the grandeur of the wildlife landscape to the detail of oriental treasures, from the best in contemporary sculpture to the ancient mosaic, from the variety of the early illustrations to the

modern abstract interpretations, from the intricacy of glass engraving to giant nature canvasses, you will be enthralled by this collection.

NATURE IN ART is an important and exciting centre with a continually developing collection and regularly changing displays supported by a varied programme of temporary exhibitions.

Fine, decorative and applied art inspired by nature is part of our heritage and deserves to be enjoyed, studied and protected, just as people are more determined than ever to safeguard our wildlife and environment. ART STUDIOS - From February to November artists from around the world work at the museum. Come and see them in action.

THE WALLWORTH CENTRE - A purpose built centre for special exhibitions, art course, educational visits and conferences.

NATURE IN ART is easy to find - We are on the main A38 trunk road 2 miles out of Gloucester at Twigworth. There is free parking for cars and coaches. There is the Gallery Shop where books, cards, fine prints and much more can be bought. The Hayward Coffee Shop occupies a delightful conservatory setting overlooking the garden and serves delicious home-made meals and snacks.
